I hope this is the correct place to post this! Does anybody know of/has anybody used the following call centres when outsourcing? Ideally, I want one in either London OR at a push Manchester (we have offices there so could meet the outsource company for meetings easily). I dont want to offshore.

and also : http://www.alldaypa.com - although not sure if these just do telephone answering, i think they offering call centre services too. Can anyone back that up?
